Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped via insured Priority Mail. Next day, second day, or third day air rates are available upon request for in-stock items. Please call for prices. There is no minimum order for air ship products.

Return Policy: All Handcraft Collars, Inc. purchases require your complete satisfaction. Should your order be unsatisfactory for any reason, it may be returned within fifteen days for credit, or exchange. Any order canceled while in transit will be subject to any applicable freight charges. If your shipment is damaged, please notify us immediately so a replacement order can be processed.
